well,well,well.....
Finally got some sketchin in. Nothin finished..... lots of randomness. Helps clear my mind of animating. I'd like to say I'm an amazing animator or that I'm doin well. But the truth of the matter is, I don't like my work at all. I'm startin to wonder if I have what it takes. lol No turning back now.....gotta finish what I started. lol I'm just gonna do my best and see how things turn out. Anyways, gotta go. Tons of chores to do and so little time. :OP Till next post....PEACE!!!!!

Hey dood! Loads o great sketches! Youve made loads of progress since starting school. Take time to embrace that. Everyone whose an artist wants to get " there " and if you were happy with your art you wouldnt push your self. Its the journey thats the most fun and to see the improvements that you do along the way. I can tell you love doin it and thats half the battle. Thats the thing that keeps you in the game
Im a long ways off of likin my work but Im learnin that its just fun to do and that helps me to keep pushin forward. The rest is just icing on the cake.
Dont think I could be more proud of you! Your a big inspiration to me cause you help me to remember that when I do get frustrated that I need to heed my own words. Easy to forget the simple things.

Sorry I haven't given you much feedback lately! I've been so snowed under with working full-time and AM it's been tough!

yeah I think we do'nt need to worry Milo. I have and am still going through the same feelings. One thing that helped me was the interview with Pete Doctor at AM where he said that it took him one year to finally be able to animate "the puppet" (rig) without thinking about it. Right now I am still wondering if it wouldn't be easier to animate in 2d ;-)
The problem at AM is that we are surrounded by guys who have been animating for a while so we don't normally see what was their work like before.
